Wicklein has been producing the finest lebkuchen for over 400 years in Germany. Wicklein's fine gingerbread on wafers from Nuremberg contains at least 14% nuts and/or seeds in the mass. Each box contains two varieties of organic lebkuchen: chocolate covered and sugar iced.
