A rare heirloom cacao grown in the Marañón canyon at the foothills of the Andes on agroforested smallholder farms. Prized for its white beans, this cacao yields a unique delicate flavour. We refine the cacao with cane sugar and milk powder from organic grass fed UK dairy herds.
