Inspired by local lighthouse, Skerryvore, Gneiss (pronounced nice) was used in the buildings foundations during construction in the mid 1800s.   Like it's namesake, Gneiss is a solid base fo a cuppa, sprinkled with cornflowers and topped with lighter notes.
