Our Cashew nut pieces are unroasted cashews with no additives, preservatives or added salt. Cashews, as with other tree nuts, are a good source of antioxidants. They're great for adding to a whole range of recipes, sweet and savoury. They can be used in nut butter and also soaked in water then blended to make a vegan white sauce and when toasted they are delicious sprinkled on curries.
