A distinctive fresh apple taste. Highly concentrated and with a natural sweetness, as well as healthy drinks, this can also used as a sugar substitute in baking and for making delicious smoothies.

This cordial is a rich, festive, fruity blend of cranberry, blackcurrant and orange juices with a hint of lime juice and warming winter spices. The aroma and flavour is warm with notes of cinnamon and nutmeg, with a clean crisp finish.

We cook freshly sliced root ginger and blend it with a dash of lemon and orange juice. Then we add lots of lovely seasonal spices like cinnamon and nutmeg.
