Our dried porcini mushrooms are a great addition to sauces and risottos. We like to add them to a potato gratin to create a flavourful side dish that would be the perfect accompaniment to any meal.

To use: soak for 20 minutes in warm water or milk, drain, and use like an ordinary mushroom in risottos, stroganoffs, stews or stir fries.

Allinson's Traditional Dried Active Yeast is compressed yeast from which the moisture has been removed. It needs to be reactivated with water before use and is recommended for traditional hand baking and can be used in bread makers as well.
