Due to unique roasting and high-quality cacao beans, it is possible to make this very pleasant 100% cocoa bar. Dive into a tasting adventure where the cacao reveals its dark fruity secrets, and the candied ginger adds a little crunch with a spicy warm kick; all wrapped in velvety, midnight-dark chocolate. This 100% cocoa bar is not for the faint of heart. This is an intense tasting experience. The 80g bar comes in hard card board wrapper and with an inside wrapper of home compostable foil made of wood pulp.

UP-UP Gingerbread is a milk chocolate Single Estate 35% cacao content made with fine flavour cocoa beans with ground ginger and cinnamon, that surprises our senses with each bite. With their warmth, the woody and spicy notes of ginger and cinnamon create the perfect balance with the creaminess and the cocoa flavours for the perfect indulgence.

OTHERLY Gingerbread Oatm*lk is a bar of plant-based chocolate with 43% cacao content made with fine flavour cocoa beans from Colombia and oat powder, and the addition of ground ginger and cinnamon to spice-up the palate; this chocolate exposes exceptional roasted cacao notes and distinctive sweetness, that enhances delicate and authentic biscuity and cereal notes of oats, that alongside the well-defined spices, make this vegan chocolate a fiery treat for the season.

The olive oil is made in a family mill where they stone-grind whole fresh organic lemons along with the olives at harvest time, resulting in a perfumed grass-green elixir which lifts our creamy white chocolate to new levels of deliciousness. The white chocolate is made with beans grown in the organic cacao gardens of the Yuna River Valley in the Dominican Republic. The milk is from Swiss brown cows who graze in small family herds on mountain pastures. The sugar is raw organic cane sugar.
