Naturya's acai comes from Pará in northern Brazil. The deep purple acai berry is wild harvested by Amazonian riverside communities. It is known locally as the beauty berry.

Naturya's cacao powder comes from a Fairtrade supplier in Africa who selects the finest cocoa beans from the best farming cooperatives in the country.

Naturya's chia seeds are sourced from local farms across South America, from Argentina, Ecuador, Bolivia and Paraguay.

Hemp is the environment?s friend. It grows fast, absorbing high levels of atmospheric carbon dioxide into its cellulose fibres. It?s also almost waste-free since nearly every part of the plant can be usefully processed.

Naturya's maca is grown just above 4,000 metres, in the Carhuamayo province of the ‘Meseta del Bombom’ (Bombom Plateau). Maca roots are dug out by hand using a small hoe called a cashu, to prevent damage, then dried naturally in the sun for 10-15 days.

The fierce spirulina thrives in a hostile environment, deadly to most microorganisms. So it can be organically farmed without need for chemical pesticides to sterilise it.

Nurtured in nutrient rich organic soil, it drinks from irrigated water drawn from deep down, free from fertilisers and pesticides.
