Dried Vegetables

Our dried mixed forest mushrooms are a great addition to sauces and risottos.

To use: soak for 20 minutes in warm water or milk, drain, and use like an ordinary mushroom in risottos, stroganoffs, stews or stir fries.

Our dried porcini mushrooms are a great addition to sauces and risottos. We like to add them to a potato gratin to create a flavourful side dish that would be the perfect accompaniment to any meal.
