This egg mayonnaise from Byodo is made with eggs from a Bavarian Organic farm where the hens are guaranteed 4 square metres each of green roaming area. Mildly spiced with a blend of yellow and brown mustard and with a bright dash of lemon added.

A true Frenchman! By using brown mustard seeds and by sieving the skin parts exclusive spiciness is what you get. The only further ingredients of this hot organic mustard are water, vinegar and sea salt.
