Produced in its birthplace, Mr Organic traditional antipasti will bring the flavours of Italy to your table. Lightly grilled Italian chopped artichokes in a blend of organic sunflower and extra virgin olive oil with hints of garlic, basil and parsley. The perfect accompaniment for a chat over a glass of wine.

Artichoke hearts are the sweetest, meatiest part of the artichoke making them the perfect ingredient when making home made dips or pasta sauces. We like to puree them with some black olives, chilli or garlic as well as using them in salads and on pizzas.

Caper berries are less intense than capers, plump and juicy, they are great for adding a zesty zing to salads, or ideal served with cocktails and cheese or charcuterie platters.

Tasty, fruity organic capers preserved in the finest Mani organic extra virgin olive oil. Because of their aromatic taste they are ideal as a mild appetizer, as pizza topping or to refine sauces.

Harvested during August and September when the peppers have turned a brilliant shade of red and yellow, then flame roasted on the day they are picked.
